Indications
Penicilina Estrepto 5.000.000 UI Proagro is a broad spectrum antibiotic injection with bactericidal effect, for the treatment of infectious processes caused by microorganisms susceptible to the combination of penicillin and streptomycin.
Dosage
Cattle: adults and calves ………………….. 3.5-6 ml/45 kg bw
Ewes and rams …………………………………. 1.2-2 ml/15 kg bw
Lambs …………………………………………… 0.5-0.7 ml/5 kg bw
Equine: adults and foals …………………….. 3.6-6 ml/45 kg bw
Swine: sows, barrows …………………. 2.4 -4 ml/30 kg bw
Suckling pigs ……………………………………. 0.4-0.7 ml/5 kg bw
Cats and dogs …………………………………… 0.4-0.7 ml/5 kg bw
The actual dose will be administered according to the seriousness of the condition, symptoms, and the indications of the veterinarian in charge.
The dose can be repeated after 24-48 hours in all target species except dogs and cats, for which the interval should be 24 hours.
