Description

Broad-spectrum antibiotic powder. Active ingredient: neomycin. Susceptible microorganisms: E. coli and other microorganisms susceptible to neomycin.

Target Species

Bovine, swine, ovine, goats, poultry (chickens, turkeys, ducks).

Indications

Broad spectrum antibiotic powder for oral administration, indicated for the treatment of all bacterial conditions caused by microorganisms susceptible to the active ingredient neomycin.

Dosage

The product is for oral administration in the animals’ drinking water, dissolving the required amount of product in the estimated amount of water the animals consume daily. Place the required amount of powder in a bucket, add the water and stir until complete dissolution.

Cattle (bovine): Administer 33-66 mg of product per kg bw (equivalent to 10-20 mg/kg of neomycin sulfate) until 24-48 hours after symptoms subside, not exceeding 14 days of therapy.

Ovine: Administer 33 mg of product per kg bw (equivalent to 10 mg/kg of neomycin sulfate) until 24-48 hours after symptoms subside, not exceeding 14 days of therapy.

Swine: Administer 33-50 mg of product per kg bw (equivalent to 10-15 mg/kg of neomycin sulfate) until 24-48 hours after symptoms subside, not exceeding 14 days of therapy.

Goats: Administer 73 mg of product per kg bw (equivalent to 22 mg/kg of neomycin sulfate) until 24-48 hours after symptoms subside, not exceeding 14 days of therapy.

Chickens, turkeys and ducks: Administer 33-100 mg of product per kg bw (equivalent to 10-30 mg/kg of neomycin sulfate) until 24-48 hours after symptoms subside, not exceeding 7 days of therapy.
